Bathroom Remodel — Steam Shower

A full bathroom remodel centered on a code-built, waterproofed steam shower with frameless glass to ceiling, porcelain tile, mosaic niche, and your owner-supplied vanity & fixtures installed to spec.

New Flooring — Throughout

~2.5–3 weeks · ~2,800 SF

Remove the existing vinyl and install new engineered wood throughout (~2,800 SF), with leveled subfloor, 14 custom stair noses, new MDF baseboards, and paint touch-up.

You're in control of the finishes. You supply the finish products you love — vanity, countertop, faucets, fixtures and trim — and we install everything to spec. That's full transparency and your taste, at no markup.

Payment & Financing

Terms & Exclusions

Included & assumed

  • All labor, supervision, and our own licensed crews.
  • Work built & inspected to current code; required permits pulled.
  • Daily site protection, dust containment, and debris haul-away.
  • $5.50/SF engineered-wood material allowance (over/under credited).
  • Written workmanship warranty on all labor performed.

Not included

  • Owner-supplied finish products (vanity, countertop, faucets, fixtures, trim).
  • Unforeseen conditions behind walls/floors (mold, rot, code-required upgrades) — quoted before any work.
  • Structural, HVAC, or relocation of plumbing/electrical beyond the scope listed.
  • Changes requested after acceptance are handled by written change order.
This quote is valid for 30 days from the date of issue (June 25, 2026). Pricing assumes a single mobilization and standard residential access. A formal contract is executed upon acceptance.
